1. Who we are
ООО VISATRIP (VISATRIP LLC), 42-44 Yakkasaray Street, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan, is the operator of personal data collected through visatrip.uz. Questions: reservations@the-heritagehotel.com.
2. What we collect
Only what you submit through our forms: name, e-mail, phone (optional), travel dates, party details and free-text notes from booking, contact and trip-planner requests. The website uses no advertising cookies and no cross-site trackers; our first-party analytics counts visits without storing raw IP addresses or personal identifiers.
3. Why we process it
To answer your request, prepare an itinerary and price, conclude and perform the tourism services contract, and meet legal record-keeping duties. We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it.
4. Legal basis
Processing rests on your consent given at the form, on performance of the contract with you, and on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” (ЗРУ-547).
5. Storage and protection
Requests are stored in the Operator's protected systems with access limited to staff who handle your inquiry. Data of citizens of Uzbekistan is processed in accordance with the localization requirements of ЗРУ-547. Data is kept no longer than needed for the purposes above and statutory retention periods.
6. Sharing
Only with service providers directly involved in your journey (hotels, carriers, guides, insurers) to the extent needed to deliver the booked services, and with state bodies where the law requires.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to reservations@the-heritagehotel.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already required to complete a concluded contract or a legal duty.
8. Changes
We publish the current edition of this policy on this page with its revision date. Material changes are highlighted on the site.
