Public offer for tourism services

1. General provisions
This document is an official offer by ООО VISATRIP (VISATRIP LLC), address: 42-44 Yakkasaray Street, Yakkasaray district, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan (the “Operator”), to conclude a contract for tourism services on the terms below, addressed to legal-capacity individuals (the “Client”). It is published under the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law “On Tourism” (ЗРУ-549) and the Law “On Electronic Commerce” (ЗРУ-792).
2. Subject
The Operator arranges and provides tour packages and related tourism services across the Republic of Uzbekistan as described on visatrip.uz. Specific programme, dates, party size, price and inclusions are fixed in the booking confirmation issued for each request.
3. Conclusion of the contract
Submitting a booking or inquiry form on visatrip.uz constitutes the Client's acceptance of this offer in electronic form. The contract is considered concluded when the Operator confirms availability and price to the Client's e-mail and the Client confirms the booking. No payment is taken before such mutual confirmation.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are quoted per person, with the settlement equivalent in Uzbek soum (UZS) stated in the confirmation at the Central Bank rate on the invoice date. Payment methods and terms (including electronic payment) are specified in the confirmation. Until online acquiring is activated, payment is arranged by invoice.
5. Client information duties of the Operator
Before the contract is concluded the Operator provides complete and reliable information on the programme and conditions of services, entry and visa formalities, customs and border rules, health requirements, safety rules and cultural specifics of the destinations, per Article 28 of the Law “On Tourism”. This information is published on the Traveller information page and detailed in the booking confirmation.
6. Changes and cancellation
Changes and cancellations are agreed in writing (including e-mail). Cancellation terms and any applicable fees are stated in the booking confirmation for the specific programme. Where the Operator materially changes the confirmed programme, the Client may accept the change or withdraw with a refund of amounts paid for undelivered services.
7. Liability and insurance
The Operator carries civil liability insurance for tour operator activity as required by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Operator is not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure, actions of consular, border or transport authorities, or the Client's failure to meet entry, health or documentation requirements.
8. Personal data
Personal data submitted through the website is processed under the Privacy policy and the Law “On Personal Data” (ЗРУ-547), solely to arrange the requested services.
